Broke down on the way to Missouri, called the shop they had it towed and fixed really fast! Got us back on the road and Kelly was very knowledgeable and professional. If I wasn’t 3 hrs away I’d come here for all my service! Best place around

I’ve had multiple services at Cantrell from oil changes to tire rotations to belt replacement to shock replacement and they always do a great job. The support people are always very courteous as well.

I was extremely pleased with all aspects of my experience with this shop. The service writer was very pleasant, The mechanic was very thorough and extremely knowledgeable in diagnosing the problem and recommending the best remedy. The charge for the repair was very reasonable. This shop will be my first choice from now on.

I would give ten stars if I could. I was having issues with my push to start. I had my starter and gear shifter replaced. Very knowledgeable and answered any questions I had, explained very well in terms I could understand. The attention to detail and care is the best I’ve ever experienced.

I had a great experience at Cantrell Service Center! Their next appointment was a few days away, but they offered for me to bring my car in on the same day as I called for brief diagnostics to make sure it was safe to drive until my appointment date. I also appreciated that most of my contact was with a woman, and she checked my knowledge and understanding of various things before explaining them to me, so I never felt talked down to. Finally, no one ever tried to upsell me on repairs or services I didn't need. I will definitely go back!
